The training course aims at offering hands-on training with modules directed to address the learning needs of the target groups concerning blockchain technologies they can adopt. The modules are integrated into a gamified online learning platform designed to increase learners' engagement and the effectiveness of the learning initiative.
The modules will cover the following topics:

Το εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα στοχεύει στην παροχή πρακτικής κατάρτισης με ενότητες που απευθύνονται στις μαθησιακές ανάγκες των ομάδων-στόχων σχετικά με τις τεχνολογίες blockchain που μπορούν να υιοθετήσουν. Οι ενότητες φιλοξενούνται σε μια διαδικτυακή εκπαιδευτική πλατφόρμα που ενσωματώνει μηχανισμούς παιγνιοποίησης (gamification), και που έχει σχεδιαστεί έτσι ώστε να αυξάνει την σύνδεση του εκπαιδευόμενου (engagement) και συνολικά την αποτελεσματικότητα της εκπαιδευτικής διαδικασίας.

The Trainers Guide will directly address the major issues than can affect the success of the project. These are that the SME audience is known for its high degree of disbelief in the benefits of VET training and therefore any VET training programme targeting SMEs faces a natural resistance that needs to be overcome before achieving the level of penetration which will make the training programme sustainable. Also, VET trainers need all-inclusive solutions which they can immediately integrate into their training service, efficiently and being in the position to take full advantage of its benefits for the SME audience.

Ο Οδηγός Εκπαιδευτών θα αντιμετωπίσει άμεσα τα σημαντικότερα ζητήματα που μπορούν να επηρεάσουν την επιτυχία του έργου. Αυτά είναι ότι το κοινό των ΜΜΕ είναι γνωστό για τον υψηλό βαθμό δυσπιστίας του ως προς τα οφέλη της επαγγελματικής εκπαίδευσης και κατάρτισης και, ως εκ τούτου, κάθε πρόγραμμα επαγγελματικής εκπαίδευσης και κατάρτισης που απευθύνεται σε ΜΜΕ αντιμετωπίζει μια φυσική αντίσταση που πρέπει να ξεπεραστεί προτού επιτευχθεί το επίπεδο διείσδυσης που θα καταστήσει το πρόγραμμα κατάρτισης βιώσιμο. La Guía del Formador abordará directamente los principales problemas que pueden afectar al éxito del proyecto. Se trata de que el público de las PYMES es conocido por su alto grado de incredulidad en los beneficios de la formación de EFP y, por lo tanto, cualquier programa de formación de EFP dirigido a las PYMES se enfrenta a una resistencia natural que debe superarse antes de alcanzar el nivel de penetración que hará que el programa de formación sea sostenible. Además, los formadores de EFP necesitan soluciones globales que puedan integrar inmediatamente en su servicio de formación, de forma eficiente y estando en condiciones de aprovechar al máximo sus beneficios para el público de las PYME.

It is a new tool and a new perspective for these small organisations. The process will be informative and provide the opportunity to better understand the skills and experience that exist inside the team already. The tool will additionally help participants match modules from the TrainChain Programme with a trainer from their team – ensuring that at the beginning everyone has ownership and everyone is excited about their role.

Το εργαλείο ελέγχου θα είναι ένα ισχυρό αποτέλεσμα δέσμευσης που θα ενθαρρύνει τις νεοσύστατες επιχειρήσεις να διερευνήσουν τα σημεία στα οποία μπορούν να βελτιωθούν και να μάθουν για τις επιλογές που έχουν στη διάθεσή τους. Πρόκειται για ένα νέο εργαλείο και μια νέα προοπτική για αυτούς τους μικρούς οργανισμούς.
